Exhibits Attendant Job at WonderWorks
WonderWorks Panama City Beach is looking for Exhibit Attendant to join our team! WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park for the mind with 40,000 square feet of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.
Exhibits Attendants concentrate on the safety of our guests and creating memorable experiences for them while visiting our park. Exhibits Attendants are responsible for interacting with guests, operating intricate attractions, and maintaining company values.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to explain and operate all exhibits in a safe manner.
- Welcome, greet and engage with guests in the assigned area (i.e. Disaster Zone, Virtual Coaster, Bed of Nails, etc.) while answering questions and providing information as appropriate.
- Refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty.
- Maintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands or feet to operate ride controls, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds amid a moderate to loud noise level.
- Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
- Our ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred.
