Executive Assistant:

Provide daily support to Executive staff, ensuring their administrative support needs are met with expert contextual knowledge, technical skills, communication skills, and confidentiality. Consider this position if you have experience supporting a team of Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily scheduling, analyzing incoming communication, greeting visitors/determining appropriate access to Executive staff
  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Board of Trustees
  • Oversees the front desk of the administrative office building, including supervision of the front desk Administrative Assistant
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, often communicating on the behalf of the Executive team
  • Conducts research, reporting findings in an accurate, concise manner
  • Provides access for Executive staff to the Howard Center facility outside normal business hours
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, reservations, itinerary, and logistics as needed
  • Meeting room preparation

Requirements:

  • A combination of five years' experience and education will be considered

Desired:

  • Experience in supporting a team of Executives
  • Experience relevant to human services, legal assistant/paralegal, and business administration
  • Abilities contributing to success include but are not limited to diplomacy, confidentiality, assertiveness, reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, and professionalism

  • Starting at $66,253
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
