Our client, a real estate company, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. In this position, you will be supporting the Executive Vice President and act as the liaison between the EVP's office and the offices of other Executives and staff. This position, based on experience, pays anywhere from $75k-$85k.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of relevant executive assistant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments and heavy calendar management
• Arrange international and domestic travel
• Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between internal staff and visitors
• Greet and properly direct all clients and guests
• Coordinate conference rooms and meal arrangements for internal and external meetings
• Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements, as necessary
• Assist with personal duties, as needed
