12-month initial contract
M-F 8am-5pm
Hybrid-Minimum 3 days a week onsite, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Other days as needed.
$33-$36/HR based on health benefits

Orion Group is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for our multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing client, who will provide administrative and records management support in the SF Bay Area.
Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Head of Strategic Management for the company in the Bay Area: scheduling meetings, scheduling travel, processing expense reports, meeting/event planning, creating, or modifying business documents, taking notes at meetings, preparing presentations from source materials, handling videoconference and MS Teams setups, acting as a liaison for remote access issues, setting up agreements and processing invoices.
- Provide records management support in collaboration with company Records Management group in HQ and Facilities: Managing and tracking where local records are stored, audit/litigation records pull needs, everyday pull needs, consistent metadata submission/QC submission, understand the process and can answer questions from colleagues, key contact for records management.
- Provide admin support as needed to company Business Development and Ventures team when they host meetings with external companies.
- Uses Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including the Corporate Travel Web site CTE and SAP to complete tasks.
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- 3+ years previous admin experience or equivalent.
- Good writing skills and detail oriented
- Event planning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Teams/Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat
.

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
