Event Set Up Porter Perez Museum Job at Pritchard Sports and Entertainment Group
JOB DUTIES:
The SET UP SPECIALIST is responsible for performing and supervising the set-up of table and chairs for events at Perez Art Museum.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
- MUST have Event Set Up experience
- Organize in a timely manner the set ups for events at the Museum
- Set ups for special projects
- Pressure cleans exterior area around the museum for set ups
- Keeps an inventory of the tables, chairs and where they are located.
- Communicates with the Event Coordinators any information necessary and any operational issues.
- Cleans the tables and chairs.
- Removal of trash after Events
- MUST be able to read emails for the setup formation of tables and chairs
Completes all other duties and service requests as assigned by Site Manager.
