Estimator Job at United Property Restoration Services
We are an established and growing restoration general contractor that specializes in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after a flood, fire, or another natural disaster. We are seeking experienced Estimators to join our team. United Property Restoration Services is committed to our CARE AT WORK philosophy providing our customers the expertise needed to recover and rebuild their property.
Our Estimators are a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate has advanced skills and knowledge in all aspects of damage restoration and building construction. The individual must be competent in estimating high-level residential, commercial and complex projects, and must have a high propensity for sales with an advanced understanding of the construction industry, focusing on customer service, cost, methods, negotiation, profit, sales, and production. In executing the following duties, the Estimator must be flexible to take on a diverse mix of assignments for the Company and/or one of its Affiliates.
Requirements:
- Construction background, preferably in insurance restoration.
- Fluency in Xactimate is a must.
- Self-motivated, reliable, team player.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
- A valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
