SUMMARY:

The Esthetician is accountable for esthetic service standards, customer service standards, and general day to day operations as it relates to client management. Must be ready to hit the ground running, a self-starter, reliable, and a team player!

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Our goal is to always exceed client expectations starting at their first appointment by consistently providing a friendly environment, deep product knowledge and honest advice.
• Actively self-engage in industry learning.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed.
• Accountable for efficient and quality service provision following all defined service standards. Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish business standards.
• Support and protect our culture including teamwork, non-competitiveness.
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
• Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions, reports/removes unsafe equipment and attends safety/training education sessions.
• Accountable for client retention and referral networks.

This is a base hourly plus tips and commission while meeting service sales goals. Part time to begin and can quickly grow into a full-time position. We are flexible with hours and schedule, we just want the right fit. Must be available Saturdays and one evening per week.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Current WA State Licensure (Esthetician)
• Insured
• Full Body Waxing/ Sugaring Skills
• Lash Extension experience is a plus
• Team player within team environment
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Professional Spa Behavior
• Time Management skills
• Written and Verbal skills

• Self-Motivated

• Kind and helpful- reflecting company standard of conduct
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Organized
