ESG Data Specialist Job at Conservice

The Data Specialist will be responsible for the collection and maintenance of ESG Data including data loading,data validation and routine data analysis. The Data Specialist will work closely with Data Analysts andSolutions Architects to ensure all customer needs are met.
Key responsibilities:
Utilize TCRM, salesforce tools and SOPs to complete regular data QC checks
Complete regularly scheduled checks for data completeness issues on all assigned team accounts using TCRM and salesforce tools
Communication with Analysts, Solution Architects to resolve data errors
Complete and track standardized data reach outs
Track and process utility data authorization forms
May assist in other related administrative or support activities
Location:This is position can be 100% remote, in office (Chicago, IL or Logan,UT) or hybrid, depending on the applicant's preference.

Requirements:Qualifications:
Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats
Knowledge of and experience with data retrieval and storage systems
Ability to work independently on projects
Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Moderate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
Education & Experience
1 year of professional experience
Excel experience required
Saleforce experience is preferred
An associate degree or some college is preferred
