Scope of the job: MasTec SmartTech Experts provide in-home delivery, set-up and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security and smart-home products. We train our technicians from scratch and compensate for the whole training time, since day one. After training, our techs are moved to performance-based compensation.
