Job Description
- Elicit business requirements and document in the form of user cases, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, estimation, demonstrations and retrospectives.
- Produce detailed documentation to facilitate transitional support and planning.
- Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, user cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Management, Science, Computers, Engineering or any.
- Experience in facilitating workshops to gather requirements, build solutions and present features.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to both technical and non-technical resources.
- Be able to write acceptance criteria and administer quality assurance against technical requirements.
- Understand Agile & Scrum methods and be capable of facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Experience eliciting requirements in the form of user stories and functional specifications.
