Entertainment Performers

We are looking for a confident, mature, and strong Actress with a wicked sense of humor. This actor will portray an accomplished, albeit conniving and villainous character. Playing age late 20’s- early 40’s. Must be able to communicate effectively. Bilingual in other languages is a plus. May be required to learn and perform scripts. Performers may also appear in parades, seasonal, and special shows, events and greetings with guests.

Preferred height range 5’5’’-5’9’’ ft.

Strong acting ability a must, singing and dancing skills a plus, but not required.

For this role, please submit a headshot/ resume as well as a short audition clip. This can include previous work or as simple as a short reading/ monologue (up to 30 seconds). You may be asked to attend an in-person audition.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• May learn choreography, blocking assignments, routines, and cues as directed.
• Perform and entertainment our park guests!
• Will be asked to apply wear costumes in order to portray specific characters or roles.
• Maintaining backstage areas and keeping all dressing and rehearsal spaces clean and organized.
• Must be able to work in theatrical lighting, including possible strobe lights and fog in certain venues.
• Some roles may require interaction with guests ang large crowds.
• May be required to participate in costume character Meet and Greets as well as our seasonal Looney Tune Character Show.
• Work with a diverse cast of performers and crew members.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Open availability. Must be flexible with schedule changes.
• Must participate in an Entertainment Audition or submit an online audition reel/link to bgonzalez@sftp.com.
• Minimum age of 16 required to be hired in the Entertainment Department.
• Ability to be personable and interact with guests while working.
• Must adhere to park standards and strive to maintain a safe environment.
• Must have an outgoing, high energy personality and in some cases, a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
