A Credit Specialist is responsible for working closely with customers to identify their financial and credit goals and create solutions to meet their needs. This role demands strong communication skills - written and verbal. We're seeking an individual who is passionate and committed to helping customers achieve their financial goals by helping them with their credit needs.
Responsibilities:
- Explain to customers how credit scores and reports work in general.
- Enroll Clients into the Credit Repair Program - (all clients are sent to us by my referral partners) - you're a consultant and a coach.
- Analyze a customer's credit report and recommend actions to improve their score.
- Continuously provide updates to clients and to our referral partners on progress.
- Call customers and provide necessary coaching on how to maintain and build their credit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
