English Teacher Job at Global LT
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for English Language Teachers to provide face-to-face customized lessons to our clients in Katy, Texas.
Job Information:
- Class Number: 161970/161971/161972
- Students: 3 children (siblings) having a separate class; 7, 9 & 11 years old
- Lesson frequency: twice per week; 45mins to 1hr each; They want intensive classes during summer.
- Availability: TBC
- Location: at the client's place in Parkwater Circle, Katy, Texas
- Current target language level: 7 years old - Novice, 9 years old - understands English & 11 years old - speaks English
- Native and other spoken languages: German
- Student's language needs and goals: Preparing for school, e.g., reading & writing (going to 2nd, 4th & 6th grade in fall)
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learner's proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- University degree and language teaching experience
- Minimum of two years of experience
