Engineering Team Lead: CPI, Malvern, Pennsylvania: Lead teams of functional, non-functional & automation testing. Ensure all project agreed deliverables are completed to the required level of quality & promote team engagement and motivation. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Develop, document & maintain functional test cases & other test artefacts like test data, data validation & automated scripts. Perform peer-reviews of team member’s test tasks. Must have Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field & 7 yrs exp using software Quality Assurance methodologies (test case, plan, strategy development, execution, management), best practices & toolsets. Must have 5 yrs exp (i) w/SQL & database technologies, (ii) testing enterprise products & their desktop & mobile applications & (iii) working w/remote teams. Exp may be gained concurrently.
