The PM leader is a critical leadership position within our restaurant operation. They lead and coach their teams, and take ownership of our Kitchen area. It is an opportunity to develop restaurant operations experience and leadership skills.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Qualifications

Energetic, self-driven, servant-minded leader
Excellent communication and organization skills
Efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus
Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution
2+ years of experience leading teams in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Must be available to work PM shifts, Monday through Saturday

As a Leader you will be responsible for ensuring:
Guests receive a remarkable experience
Food is hot and fresh, kitchen is clean and orderly
Overseeing daily shift operations
All food safety requirements and standards are exceeded
The kitchen is kept neat, clean and orderly at all times
Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Leaders are responsible for counting money, organizing their teams, execution of systems and processes, commitment to learning and ensuring shifts run smoothly.
