We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engine Emission Regulation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine technology and a thorough understanding of emission regulations.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for staying up to date on all relevant emission regulations and ensuring that our product platforms in sync with engine suppliers to meet all requirements. This will involve working closely with stakeholders both inside and outside company. Externally, you will participate in discussion with environmental regulators along with other industry trade association members (competitors); internally, you will support the whole company on all things emission regulation related.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain a proprietary online global emission regulation database
  • Maintain several profiles of emission regulations documents for varies audience across company
  • Track and update corporate data on engine and equipment alignment
  • Support company position in industry association meeting
  • Support product emission compliance issue

The annual salary for this role is $69,000 - $139,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 3 or more years of experience in diesel engine emission regulation
OR
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field with 1 or more years of experience in diesel engine emission regulation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of emission regulations, including EPA and CARB regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Matlab or Excel to efficiently process large dataset
