THE ROLE:
The Content Marketing team is looking for an email copywriter to support various groups in the marketing organization, helping to bring our nerdy cool voice to life in emails and newsletters.

Our ideal candidate is not just a master of the subject line, they are also a passionate advocate for the customer, thoughtfully crafting email copy that will both delight and inspire those who engage with it. Not only is their copy a pleasure to read, but they are also dedicated to rigorously applying data-based learnings to continuously improve email performance.

As an in-house expert on email copy, the writer will need to have excellent interpersonal skills as they work with subject matter experts to adapt our messaging for the email format.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Be a go-to writing resource for email copy in the marketing organization, reviewing or drafting copy as needed
• Work closely with the email strategy team to understand email objectives, flow, cadence, etc.
• Uphold the brand voice and tone while incorporating email best practices to drive engagement and optimize click conversions
• Actively cultivate an always-learning mindset, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn about our technology and its benefits across industries
• Be fiercely focused on understanding our customers and speak to them the way they would like to be spoken to
