Full Job Description

Kid's Culture Child Care in Dover, NH is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Lead teacher, and other positions/qualifications to join our team.

Candidates must have experience working with children in a licensed child care program; must have the ability to work independently and be comfortable with exercising good judgement and decision making skills as well as maintaining a safe environment at all times. Only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. All other applications will remain on file for one year.

Requirements

Candidate must be CPR & First Aid certified and successfully complete pre-employment requirements of the daycare and the organization. This position involves:

• Supervision of children ages 6wks-12 years
• Addressing problems and answering questions,
• Carrying out lesson plans and activities in the room you are covering,
• Able to adapt to any age group,
• Able to work alone or with another teacher,
• Sending home daily sheets and giving parents positive feedback at the end of each night,
• Following all health and safety rules, both state and center regulated,
• Willingness to maintain education and training.

Education

Candidates must meet Lead Teacher education and experience requirements per the State of NH Child Care licensing rules to be considered for this position.
