Requirements & Job Duties
Early Childhood Specialized Education Assistant
The Early Childhood Education Assistant position has physical demands that includes general activity (i.e., sitting, standing, walking, squatting, etc.) as well as carrying and lifting of body weight and/or objects/equipment. Due to the physical demand, prospective employees must pass a pre-employment physical. Learn more about the pre-employment physical HERE .
Pay Day
Last working day of each month, in accordance with the payroll cutoff schedule.
Salary Schedule
2022-2023 Classified Staff Salary Schedule - Level G*, starting at $18.47/hour
Hours
Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 3:00pm
FTE
0.7 FTE, 28 hours per week, 9 months

- This position earns the Education Assistant differential pay. Each position that qualifies for the Education Assistant differential pay earns an additional $2 per hour.
