Position Summary


The Junior E-commerce Stylist will be responsible for working alongside the E-Commerce photographer in the execution of photoshoots for our E-Commerce platform. This role styles live models and mannequins for in house photoshoots. The Junior E-commerce Stylist works closely with the Studio Manager and in-house photographers to showcase the most up-to-date fashion trends and stories while maintaining The Webster brand DNA. We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior stylist to join our collaborative and evolving team

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes and manages the flow of incoming and outgoing products while working with other stylists to ensure a seamless process
  • Works with other stylists, product photographers during photoshoots to ensure every item is accounted for and shot
  • Responsible for styling on figure E-Commerce imagery across all categories (men/women/accessories/shoes/etc.)
  • Ability to prep and style average shootings of 2 days a week on model, 2 or 3 days a week on mannequin/ flats
  • Styles and creates on-brand looks based on styling guide and deliver looks prior to shoot day for Senior Stylist’s approval
  • Ability to unpackage and repackage items for shoots
  • Receives and fulfills products systematically
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge; stays up to date in all brands aesthetics and fashion trends
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when shoots need to be done in other showrooms
  • Demonstrates a superb eye for trending, style, and visual composition
  • Proven experience with on-set standards, demands attention to detail
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio
  • Ability to take great care and responsibility in handling all Webster merchandise and samples
  • Become very familiar with brands we carry at The Webster (knowledge of the designers / trends / brands’ DNA)

Qualifications

  • Level of experience: 1 – 2 years on set experience strongly appreciated
  • Strong interest / sensibility to the fashion industry, fast understanding of the trends
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with peers and management team
  • Adaptable, professional, innovative
  • Highly organized and resourceful with the ability to anticipate next steps
  • Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills & ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure during high volume period
