Reduce Base Brands is looking for an experienced eCommerce Catalog Manager to oversee our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our product catalog, optimizing our online store, and driving sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, have at least 5 years of experience with major retail platforms like Walmart, Amazon, and Target, and possess a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage our online product catalog, including product categorization, descriptions, and images.

· Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

· Optimize our online store for maximum conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements and assess their potential impact on the company's eCommerce strategy.

· Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales growth.

· Monitor and analyze online sales performance between Amazon, Walmart, and Target, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Oversee product launches and promotions, including creating product pages, coordinating with the marketing team, and monitoring sales performance.

· Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

· Conduct regular marketplace audits to ensure accuracy of information, troubleshoot any issues, and optimize the user experience.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with overall company goals.

· Keep up to date with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

· Support the Reduce team as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ eCommerce experience working with major retail platforms like Walmart, Amazon & Target including monitoring and analyzing online sales performance of each while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Shopify experience
  • Digital advertising experience using Google, Facebook, etc…
  • Experience overseeing product launches and promotions, including creating product pages, coordinating with the marketing team and monitoring sales performance.
  • Ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Experience conducting regular marketplace audits to ensure accuracy of information, troubleshoot any issues and optimize the user experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and IT to ensure seamless operations and alignment with overall company goals.

● Retail link (Walmart reporting tool) experience

● eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce

● Marketing experience is nice to have.

● eCommerce experience with platforms like Walmart, Amazon (Seller Central) & Target
