Responsibilities:

Manage ongoing system developments, enhancements, and support, facilitated by communication with users and teammates

Create, modify, and maintain system customizations to dashboards, views, forms, business processes, workflows, and templates within CRM, Excel, and Power BI

Schedule and test usability and functionality against business requirements as system enhancements or releases are developed

Provide help desk support to all system users

· Maintain CRM user profiles, including adding new users, amending existing user accounts, validating system permissions, and maintaining role hierarchies

· Analyze existing database and identify opportunities to monetize inactive leads

· Develop and maintain CRM user training materials and job aids

· Develop and maintain best practice CRM processes and job aids (Knowledge base articles) for team use

· Provide ongoing in-person or virtual training to users, as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Systems is preferred

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a systems administrator; Dynamics CRM certifications are strongly preferred

· Experience with the Sales & Field Service modules of Dynamics CRM; Dynamics Marketing is preferred.

· Power Apps experience is highly desired

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Ability to develop custom sales and marketing analytics

· Ability to travel 20-25% of the time.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
