The Role:
The Program Staff are expected and responsible for teaching and providing support in the areas of daily living and social skills to individuals living in the Chapel Haven Schleifer Center, Inc. SAIL Program.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field or 4 more years experience.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or developmental disabilities and some knowledge working with DDS and/or CARF.
- Hold a Valid CT driver’s license.
- Able to obtain and maintain Public Service License
- Able to obtain the State of Connecticut Medication Administration Certification as required.
- Compassionate and understanding with an enthusiasm for serving our individuals every single day!
