POSITION SUMMARY:
Love driving cars? Fast on your feet? Looking for steady hours and income? Join Balfour's entrepreneurial and dynamic team as a Driver/Valet Attendant. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing superior customer service, will excel at building relationships, and have an outgoing personality.
SCHEDULE: Part time - flexible
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Valet parks vehicles, and they will assist residents/visitors who are entering and leaving the property
- Successful candidates will work in a non-tipping environment- perfect for those seeking steady hours and income
- Valets are expected to supply residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, hours of operation, and local areas of interests
- Additional duties as a driver will require providing transportation services to our residents using a Company-provided vehicle
- Your ability to work weekends and holidays is essential in this role
- Ability to communicate openly, honestly and responsibly with others
- Ability to maintain a customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity
- Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Possess or be willing to obtain a chauffeur's license
- Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
