Be part of our team! Our Walkin The Dog Day Care Attendants are responsible for the daily operations of the Day Care facility and care of the dogs kept under their supervision. This positions is ideal for those who want to show their professional skills and abilities in an challenging but rewarding environment.
A person in this position will work directly with the owners and must be great with communication skills needed for dealing with clients and their dogs.
We are looking for friendly and high energy people to represent Walkin’ The Dog. Previous expierence is not required. Desire to learn about dog behavior and adapt on the job makes this an ideal job for those who want a steady job that is never the same day to day. Gaurenteed fun for animal lovers.
Job Descprition
- Daily operations of the daycare
- Enforcing company’s policies and procedures
- Ensuring overall facility is cleaned on a regular basis
- Ensuring the animals are exercised, and cared for
- Monitoring the behavior of all dogs
- Communication with other dog attendant/handelers and owners about the dogs and daily activities
- Must have transportation of some kind, unfortunately we are not on the local bus route
- Year round work, can work seasonally too
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
