Assists with activities related to the development and/or acquisition of documents, brochures, flyers, records access, preservation, retention, and disposition.

Qualifications

Required

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
  • Three (3) years progressive office experience.
  • Knowledge of institutional forms management or student records management, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge in the use of business computer equipment and software.
  • Ability to effectively work with clients to understand and meet needs.
  • Ability to process high volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of public education forms utilization requirements.
