Document Assistant Job at Fairfax County Public Schools
Assists with activities related to the development and/or acquisition of documents, brochures, flyers, records access, preservation, retention, and disposition.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
- Three (3) years progressive office experience.
- Knowledge of institutional forms management or student records management, procedures, and practices.
- Knowledge in the use of business computer equipment and software.
- Ability to effectively work with clients to understand and meet needs.
- Ability to process high volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Knowledge of public education forms utilization requirements.
