The Global Diversity & Social Impact Center of Excellence (COE) supports the delivery of our organizations aims of being an inclusive place to work everywhere. The Diversity & Social Impact Specialist is a key member of the COE team and collaborates across our businesses and strategic pillars to help deliver and affect positive change for our colleagues and in our communities. The COE provides strategy, design, and subject matter expertise to the organization and implements programs and processes that are impactful, user-focused in a fast-moving environment.

What can you expect?

The Diversity & Social Impact Specialist will play a critical role in delivering on the COE priorities. This will include an opportunity to lead initiatives in partnership with other COE stakeholders as well as business stakeholders. You will be involved in a diversity of projects, ranging from global initiatives to local events. You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Diversity & Social Impact Leaders, in addition the HR, business leaders and colleagues to develop skills across a range of Diversity & Social Impact programs. Some focal areas for the role include:

  • Engagement – Key to the role is managing programs and engaging colleagues through our global Diversity & Social Impact as well as Talent Development initiatives. There is a strong need for program management experience and execution including the ability to facilitate events, create polished communications, and develop tools and resources to support our business resource and volunteering groups.

  • Learning – This role will partner and work closely with our Learning and Talent teams and there are opportunities to support the design and delivery of learning interventions including in person and online so an interest in this area is desirable. Coordination for business specific programming around talent, development, learning and volunteering initiatives that will require strong project management skills and ability to partner within the business as well as relevant COE stakeholders in order to execute with a client centric focus.

  • Analysis – Data and measuring impact is important to help track our Diversity & Social Impact programs. Keen interest in the ability to leverage data and analytics to measure impact that tie to and track our diversity, inclusion and social impact metrics. Experienced and comfortable leveraging excel and other office suites to be able to tell a compelling story that support the I, D and B areas of focus.

  • Partnerships – Ability to collaborate and work close with internal colleague resource and volunteering groups and external partnerships that support our I, D and B key pillars. Looking for experience with developing partnerships, cross partner relationships that can be leveraged to further our existing bodies of work.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in inclusion, diversity, belonging and social impact
  • Experience working in a global context, with a strong awareness of cultural and geographic sensitivities
  • Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals: highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams

The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $167,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
