Description: The District Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of 4-6 areas (15-20 pools) in the summer season. Responsible for; client satisfaction, employee engagement, chemical delivery (in company vehicle), and pump room maintenance.

Pay & Extras

• $17.00 per hour
• Eligible for end-of-season bonus
• $100 for each referral and an extra $100 for every third referral. ($400 for every three referrals)
• Paid training (excluding Lifeguard certification)

District Manager Duties

• Responsible for communicating feedback to employees; consisting of praise, coaching, and discipline.
• Communicating escalated employee, client issues, and concerns to Aquatics Director.
• Responsible for all documentation to be properly completed, facility cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Help Area Manager train all Lifeguards in a designated area to specific facility policies and procedures.
• Responsible for basic pool service which may include, but not be limited to backwashing pool filter system, cleaning pump baskets, cleaning skimmer baskets, managing chemical feeder, balancing pool chemistry, and priming a pool pump. We will train.

Job Complexity

• Ability to supervise and assist a team of 4-6 Area Managers and their Lifeguards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
• Work a regular 40-hour workweek.

Requirements: Required

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Clean driving record and have had a driver's license for at least two years
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (If not certified, you must take and pass training with us)

Preferred

• 1+ years lifeguarding
• 1+ years of managerial experience
• Experience managing multiple locations
