Dispatcher/ Service Coordinator/ Logistics Job at LEADER Worldwide
Exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing business. The Dispatcher will serve as central coordinator for all activities for vehicles and dispatching chauffeurs to ensure efficient, timely transportation of clients in Kansas City and in other cities worldwide.

Core Competencies
- Dispatch vehicles and chauffeurs strategically to save on fuel costs and minimal down time
- Answer phone calls and emails, handle accordingly
- Take Reservations (via phone, email, or fax) and enter Client Profiles into livery software
- Assist with preparing vehicles if needed
- Be a team player to support co-workers to achieve company objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned task
Essential Functions
- Handle quotes with detailed information and accurately input in livery software
- Immediately handle client incidents and coordinate with VP as needed
- Ensure Dispatch garage upkeep with order of supplies, cleaning, filing and routine office task
- Create and manage system of checks and balances for internal Quality Control
- Meet weekly to go over Key Performance Indicators and updates on activities
- Track chauffeur portal accuracy and assist them with training on smartphone
Job Type: Full-time, EVENING position, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 p/year
