Job Summary

The Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing excellent dispatching phone support and customer service to 3Phase Elevator customers. This is a high call volume, customer service-oriented environment and requires an individual who can handle our diverse customer base and work as a team player.

Work hours needed are:

Monday - Friday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm PST &

Saturday and Sunday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm PST

**Positions are remote but candidates should reside in the Sacramento or Reno area.**

Elevator industry experience is preferred but not required!

Detailed Duties

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer phones and dispatch on call mechanics accordingly
  • Respond to email requests for service
  • Monitor the dispatch email box and dispatch calls accordingly as well as manage and update different service portals as necessary
  • Communicate with customers as necessary
  • Communicate with field mechanics as necessary
  • Maintain Service Channel account for the District, including accepting calls, dispatching calls, answering correspondence through Service Channel.
  • Perform general admin duties as required
  • Work to become proficient at Liftkeeper, Service Channel, Corrigo Pro, and Excel
