Brian and Sons, Inc. is a full-service heating, and air conditioning contractor and a factory authorized Bryant furnace and air conditioner dealer servicing Aurora, North Aurora, Montgomery, Oswego, West Chicago, Elgin, South Elgin, Batavia, St. Charles, Naperville, Wheaton, Geneva, and the entire Chicagoland area for over 20 years.
We have a great client list and many PM agreements for those slow times. During those times we do many classes also. Our team is kept busy!
We are looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service representative with 3+ years of experience in an office setting. Preferred experience with FieldEdge.
Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative Pay and Benefits:

Dispatcher/ Customer Service Representative Expectations:
- Must have at least 3 year experience in an office setting
- Maintain a positive office atmosphere
- Experience with FieldEdge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to relay calls between customers and technicians
- Navigate schedule and record detailed notes
- Verify invoicing and process customer payments
Salary is negotiable. Starting rate $16/hr.
