Dishwasher/Prep/Support
Pay Range: $13.65-$16.63/HR
Our Dishwashers are responsible for also doing prep. Our Prep staff are also responsible for doing dishes. If ever the two lines are in need of extra support the dishwasher/prep staff may be required to go and help either salad/wing/ mac and cheese line, or pizza line to help the cooks with any support they are capable of giving. Dishwashers and prep staff are expected to work neat, clean and organized and to follow safety and sanitation procedures. All employees are expected to help each other out with all clean up duties, inclusive of station specific cleaning duties.
- Proper station setup and end of shift break down according to restaurant guidelines
- Food prep
- Adherence of recipes, presentation, portions, technique, safety, sanitation, station/area cleanliness & organization
- Proper use, handling, maintenance and cleaning of all tools & equipment while practicing safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen (stations and storage areas)
- Support to all coworkers & all stations as needed or requested by management
- Replenishment of all items (and chemicals) as needed throughout the shift
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by management
- Respectful & professional communication skills
- Ability to take direction

- Ability to work calmly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure
