Southern Foodservice Management Inc., a national contract food service company, is now hiring for Dishwasher staff member at University of Central Florida, Garvy Nutrition Center 4465 Knights Victory Way, Orlando, FL 32816 (*_potential applicants are highly encouraged to research our location before applying to ensure it is an acceptable commute_*).

Candidates must have a friendly and professional appearance as you will be customer facing throughout the day, dependable transportation, teachable attitude and a strong work ethic. Uniform shirt and shift meal provided.

Schedule is weekdays and occasional Saturdays 2:00pm-8:00pm and 10:00pm-8:00am.

Job Details:

Under the direction of the chef/manager, you will be responsible for collecting used wares from kitchen and dining areas, washing all wares by hand, or using dishwashers. Correctly places and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. Stock serving stations, cupboards, and other areas with necessary dishes and utensils. Taking out all trash, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning of kitchen and dining area. And all other duties directed by chef/manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass background and drug tests.
• Dish/Utility/Restaurant experience a plus.
• Must maintain a clean, safe work environment and food safety at all times.
• Must be organized, clean, fast, and able to multi-task.
• Be able to lift 25 lbs. or more.
• Must enjoy people and be able to provide “Something Extra” to the guest.
