Your role at Clorox:
The Director, Sales Finance and Go To Market Strategy will lead the development of trade transformation and new go to market strategies. Then, identify and operationalize related technology stack. You will provide financial leadership and decision making support to Chief Customer Officer and SVPs along with collaborating with Sales teams and strategic customers directly to grow profit and enhance margin.

You will also lead a team of motivated managers responsible for sales finance, supporting long range customer planning, trade analytics, revenue operations and ecommerce FP&A. This role gives you a unique opportunity to work across all strategic customers, business units, and with multiple functions including Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Supply Chain.

In this role, you will:
  • Coach, develop, and recruit high performing and engaged team
  • Enable strategic choices through financial planning and analysis
  • Supports customer long range planning process
  • Set strategic customer profit growth targets and ensure plans exist to deliver
  • Translate BU GTM strategies into action and build new GTM strategies where needed to span multiple business units
  • Drive change management
  • Connect internally and externally with the sales and finance communities to stay up to date on technology tools, processes, data tools
  • Leads functional preparation for investor relations
  • Maintain strong internal controls

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $167,500 - $345,100
–Zone B: $153,600 - $316,300
–Zone C: $139,600 - $287,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
