Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Program Management Executive, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Reporting to the VP/GM, the Program Management Director is a highly-visible, strategic position responsible for managing all aspects of a world-class Product Life Cycle Process that drives organic growth within the specific business group or major sub-unit of the business group. This position provides leadership for a Program Management Organization or Major Program, and overall performance of the program(s) and execution of the business plan for already captured programs and future opportunities. The role promotes adherence to global program management philosophies and strategies within the business group as well as core business processes across the entire value chain including, but not limited to, product life cycle, risk management, lean principles, etc. The Program Management Director has significant influence and provides direction and leadership to Program and Project Manager direct reports and other enterprise-wide functions, as appropriate, to meet the objectives of the business group.

What you will be doing

• Resource planning, budgeting, monitoring and control for the Program Management department and for large, complex programs
• Define and achieve all aspects of the program(s) launch and sustainability
• Manages customer and program associated risks including prioritization, escalation an resolution of the identified risks
• Establish strong, cross-functional and cross-business relationships that encourage horizontal thinking and collaboration

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of increasing level of responsibility within industry-related product line management, project management, program management, engineering and/or sales roles. Electrical/electronics experience and broad exposure to all functions withing the business
• Bachelor’s degree in arts/Sciences
