Director of Practice Operations
The Director is responsible for the delivery and vision in patient care and experience at the Hospital’s physician practices. This key role oversees practices in 10 locations, covering over 100 specialties. The Director will collaborate with practice managers to implement, optimize and monitor key performance indicators of front-end activities. Working with Senior Leadership in implementing system-wide initiatives. Partnering with physician leaders to develop practice flow changes and optimize resources for increased patient experience and high- quality of care. Optimizing existing workflows and customer service standards to position us for continued growth.
Manages daily practice operations and all staff members to ensure that quality patient care is provided. Responsible for making decisions on day-to-day operations, evaluating staff, and ensuring the quality of employees’ work meets the standards. Ensure excellence is met in all areas, and Operations are in line with the goals and core values set by NYP BMH.
Preferred Criteria
- Master’s or Advanced degree preferred.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a related field
