What You’ll Do

Munchkin is looking for a Director of Paid Acquisition to drive end-to-end strategy and continual performance optimization of all paid advertising channels. The Director of Paid Acquisition is responsible for developing and accelerating customer acquisition efforts through marketing strategies involving paid ad placement such as pay-per-click, advertising, branded content, social, and display ads.

  • Develop and implement global customer acquisition growth strategies that accelerates revenue growth. Responsible for ensuring the growth of paid customer acquisition.
  • Lead end-to-end strategy and continual performance optimization of all paid advertising channels.
  • Create, manage, and scale customer acquisition and retention campaigns across a diverse paid channel mix including Google/Youtube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, and various large advertising platforms, adjust campaigns as needed to maximize ROI and optimal customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop and complete a roadmap of new channels, campaigns and markets to drive incremental growth
  • Manage creative testing and ad production, and manage paid landing page production to capture new audiences to expand total market
  • Continuously optimize audience strategies across all paid channels and work closely with the Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Content Marketing, Marketing, and Sales to execute display, social, and other paid advertising efforts and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to brainstorm and bring new, innovative strategies to fruition that drive growth and revenue across all of our digital channels
  • Define key metrics and reporting on paid acquisition performance across channels
  • Evaluate and present paid acquisition effectiveness, as well as maintain a real-time reporting dashboard, on funnel conversion performance, improvement opportunities, and growth strategies
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!

  • 10 + years SEM & Paid Social experience in managing large scale, complex paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Track record of success for new customer acquisition via paid media channels
  • Expert in Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, YouTube
  • Proven expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams for on-time project delivery

Salary range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually
