Director of Outbound Sales USA based (Remote) $130,000 - $140,000 base / $175,000 OTE A successful ITAD organization is recruiting for a Director of Outbound Sales to manage the team of hardware sales professionals. Responsibilities * Taking financial accountability and reporting for all sales and the review and acceptance of any purchase offers * Effectively assessing hardware values for purchase, quoting and inbound negotiations * Strategizing and executing resale plans for purchased assets from receipt to revenue * Managing the resale team members including outbound sales associates and eCommerce operators Requirements * Minimum of 5 years IT Asset Remarketing/Resale experience * Minimum of 3 years managing a team of sales professionals * Must have familiarity adhering to operational standards, eg ISO or others * R2, eStewards, NAID, or other ITAD specific certification experience is preferred
