Yael Consulting is entering its high-growth stage and is looking for a highly skilled Managing Director of Operations to help execute our vision and take us to the next level.

What You'll Do

The successful managing director will work closely with the CEO to take over and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is entrepreneurial by nature and we expect you to earn trust quickly by delivering results, getting your hands dirty in the micro and helping develop the company's operational infrastructure in the macro. This role is ideal for those who want a steep growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

- Expect to wear many hats, as in a start-up environment, but this outlines the scope of the what you'll be involved with:

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's vision and strategy, and organizing and managing financial performance.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, synchronize workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure that everyone is working together towards the same goals.
  • Streamline and map out processes and SOPs to drive productivity and effectiveness throughout the organization, and manage projects of all sizes and ensure they are completed successfully.
  • Coordinate international marketing and software development teams' activities and feature design, specifications, and roadmap.
  • Promote effective communication and team integration to ensure alignment, coordination, and organizational clarity and accountability across the organization.
  • Set priorities for the organization and ensure alignment across all teams, while also proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles to promote efficient and effective execution
  • Recruit, train, and develop the company's employees to ensure that the company has the right talent to achieve its goals, while also establishing and overseeing an effective employee review system to promote accountability, focus, results, and growth.

  • Confidence to lead a high-performance team.
