Job Details:
  • The overall mission of our Director of Nursing is to drive the organization’s continued growth and expansion while maintaining its current client base.
  • Dubol's is seeking an RN who has a hunter mindset, is personable, and can bring additional business to the organization by liaising with discharge planners and pharmaceutical companies in the field to bring additional revenue to the agency.
  • This role requires an RN with strong research and organizational skills to identify new opportunities in the market. In addition to possessing visibility efforts which in turn will result in the growth of the agency.
  • Maintaining customer relationships with discharge planners and referring RN’s and enhancing client satisfaction, aiding retention, and building a strong referral base consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists and referring RN’s.
  • Our DON will ultimately contribute to the success of Dubols through team collaboration with the agency’s RN's, LPN’s, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • This DON must be mission-focused, numbers-driven, results-oriented, competitive, independent and a sales professional.
  • This is a full-time W-2 role that offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. Travel as needed for monthly supervision of RN’s and LPN’S. In addition, the RN must visit discharge planners in hospitals (on average up to 40% of the time).

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate must exhibit the ability to create strong corporate relationships, interact consultatively, and be adept at identifying prospective clients.
  • The incumbent will be able to explain, in detail, the company’s management and value add services to meet the customer's/patient’s pain points and improve their operational and clinical outcomes.

Duties:
  • Providing excellence in Healthcare Sales, converting leads into closure.
  • Building lead generation through prospecting, patient pipeline creation, and qualification of new patients.
  • Establishing plans for entering and exploring selected markets, including collateral, campaign development and execution, hospital events, webinars, and other mechanisms as appropriate.
  • Supervising clinicians on the field by conducting spot checks and monthly evaluations.
  • Displaying excellent communication skills.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our business development process by establishing key goals.
  • Overseeing the scheduling of clinicians for service with various vendors.
  • Following up with clients/patients by telephone and email.
  • Responding to requests from patients with a sense of urgency involving plans of care.
  • Effective negotiation skills, strong ability to influence others, and ability to project clear messages with credibility.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
