Director, Community Engagement Job at Hearst Media Services
The Director, Community Engagement is a critical position in aligning Times Union’s (TU) vision within the communities we serve while advancing Times Union’s philanthropic giving strategy and strengthening the brand and image of Times Union. The individual will collaborate with community organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders, as well as internal account managers to create opportunities that help advance Times Union’s vision of being a pillar in the community, seek advertising sales opportunities, and pairing them. Represent the TU in the community and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Travel and commitment to long hours is required during peak event periods and specialty publication deadlines. This is a fulltime, onsite position.
