Job Description


Support the development of strategic commercial offers and contracts that deliver value through media efficiencies, mitigating risk and sound operations across new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Publicis capabilities, tools & tech and talent into innovative and competitive commercial proposals, connecting our approach to media pricing and core business media planning and buying terms.
  • Lead the creation of commercial proposals for US and multi-market new business pitches and delivering as one compelling, global offer.
  • Partner with Agency and PM Business Development teams to respond to Commercial requirements within RFPs.
  • Articulate commercial and business analytics to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership and clients
  • Understand and contribute to high level business goals and support them with concrete data and metrics for how we can achieve
  • Explore and create new, sustainable revenue streams for Publicis Media in partnership with other disciplines.
  • Develop new commercial models, in particular monetization for platforms and value-based pricing.
  • Partner with other agency disciplines to identify new added value across tools, tech and talent.
  • Develop data use cases and best practices to inform smart commercial proposals in partnership with commercial operations team
  • Support Commercial reporting workstreams in partnership with Commercial operations team.

Core Competencies:

  • Cross Functional expertise – has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment, in line with position in the organization and seniority.
  • Must be comfortable with finance systems, excel formulas (VLOOKUP/ SUMIF/ Pivot tables), and ideally previous exposure to multiple functions across the Groupe (finance, operations, legal, client teams).
  • Attention to detail – takes ownership to develop client facing contractual and fee documentation and looks for errors in own work before sharing.
  • Client focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of external and internal clients; get first-hand information and uses it for improvements in product services; acts with clients in mind.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - action oriented and full of energy for the things seen as challenging; not fearful to problem solve for processes or deliverables that do not have established precedence; self-starter to proactively take action where a need is identified.
  • Experience with Data, Reporting, Technology, Analytics, or Research in Marketing and Advertising is a plus

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of client-side or agency experience within Marketing, Advertising, Media, Commercial and/or an Operations role.
  • Familiar with scopes of work, resource management, agency management or partnership and MSAs.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships across a large organization.
  • Teamwork, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines critical to role
  • Exceptional organization and listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and innovative problem solver and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Additional Information


Compensation Range: $121,000 - $191,00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
