We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations for our Primary Care outpatient clinics. This position is Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Location:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree in business or healthcare management preferred
- N/A
- 5 years of progressive responsibility in clinical or healthcare operations management
- 3 years supervisory/management role
- 5 years business management preferred
- High Level of resilience
- Emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage stress and navigate difficult conversations
- Ability to navigate through uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Organization and efficient time management
- Ability to give and receive coaching and mentorship
- Comfortable with typical office products including the use of Excel and professional communications in Word and PowerPoint
- Electronic Health Record experience required, EPIC preferred
