We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations for our Primary Care outpatient clinics. This position is Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Mid Columbia Medical Center is located in The Dalles, Oregon. We work, live, and play in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. Responsibilities:
Provides leadership in the conception, planning, development, and implementation of clinic business plans for entire pillar, consisting of several clinics, to the Division Director - Ambulatory Operations (DDAO) and senior management team including medical directors. Through leadership and oversight, ensuring the clinic operations and programs are developed that optimize the best practice of person-centered care.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree in business or healthcare management preferred
Licensure/Certification:
  • N/A
Experience:
  • 5 years of progressive responsibility in clinical or healthcare operations management
  • 3 years supervisory/management role
  • 5 years business management preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Ability to navigate through uncertainty
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Organization and efficient time management

  • Electronic Health Record experience required, EPIC preferred
