Director – Channel Operations

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Director, Channel Operations within our North American Fuel division. This position falls under our Fleetcor line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will provide the North America Fuel Sales Leader with analysis and insights to support timely decisions, solve sales and operational challenges, and ultimately drive more revenue for the business. This role requires a business-oriented mindset, but also technical capabilities that showcase your understanding of how sales effectiveness improves the health of our business. You will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources and organizing it to support key performance metrics & sales productivity effort. You will report directly to Director, Beyond Fuel and regularly collaborate with Sales team.

As a Director, Channel Operations you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Collaborate with marketing operations on the development, management, and measurement of shared sales/marketing processes (e.g., lead management)
  • Develop, manage, and improve sales reporting for respective sales channel
  • Act as a liaison to finance, marketing, and product management
  • Analyze and communicate monthly sales progress against major KPIs; provide areas of improvement
  • Develop bottom up and top-down analyses of market size, penetration, and product mix to help develop territories and whitespace/greenfield opportunities
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success stakeholders to establish, document, and define business requirements, metrics and KPIs that strengthen our infrastructures, workflows and internal processes
  • Analyze the sales funnel to find bottlenecks in process and increase funnel velocity
  • Develop presentations to distribute information to North America Fuel executives, sales leadership and sales teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree/MBA a plus
