Job Summary


The Director of Accounting will lead key accounting functions, including general, shared services, and intercompany accounting. The Director of Accounting will be responsible for ensuring complete and accurate financial accounting records for our business segments, legal entity, and consolidated reporting. This includes oversight of daily accounting functions, monthly close processes, and reconciliations of accounts as well as maintaining proper internal control over financial reporting. Additionally, this function will drive overall close governance improvements throughout the organization.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)


  • Lead month-end close process, including the review and approval of journal entries and reconciliations
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting of balance sheet analytics to accounting and finance leadership
  • Manage OneStream Account Reconciliation Tool administration and reporting
  • Supervise and develop a team by performing quarterly continuous performance management discussions, closely tracking goals, and KPIs
  • Identify areas for processes improvements and oversee those initiatives
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to support our annual financial plan and rolling forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Corporate Policies, including our SOX framework
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Continuously identify and lead process improvement efforts to support the transformation of the finance and accounting organization, including establishment of close governance in the upcoming fiscal year
  • Support evolving changes and needs of the business

  • Change management: Understand and facilitate change management principles.

Education (minimum education required)

Bachelor of Arts in Accounting

Experience (minimum experience required)


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Certified Public Accountant required
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control systems
  • 10-15 years professional experience serving in financial accounting capacity
  • Proven Advanced Technical Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneStream, Oracle, OneStream, Power BI)
