While we sometimes help our clients with personal grooming if needed, we are more like your favorite teacher, best coach, community mentor, greatest supporter, and favorite aunt/uncle, all rolled into one! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), your main goal is to mentor our adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live active and fulfilling lives safely in their own homes and within the local community while mentoring and assisting them with the activities of daily living.

We are immediately hiring DSPs for

• RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (working in group homes with individuals)
• COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORT SERVICES (working in the community with individuals)

Full & part-time positions available for all shifts in both Somerset and Johnstown. We are open to creative, flexible scheduling in return for loyal employees! Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer paid training classes for new employees and ongoing throughout employment.

Requirements to be a DSP:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, current PA driver’s license and successfully complete a driving history record check
• Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen and criminal background check
• COVID vaccination strongly encouraged.
