The J.U. Kevil Memorial Foundation serves individuals with disabilities in a way that preserves and promotes dignity, independence, self-esteem, and personal growth.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be responsible for:

• Working with individuals with disabilities to reach their objectives and goals
• Complete daily staff notes including but not limited to attendance, behavior, classes and activities.
• Complete Monthly Summaries as needed according to Medicaid Regulations
• Maintain quality control in an production area
• Responsible for assisting with medication related task (if trained)
• Apply minor first aid
• Promptly report all accidents and/or incidents.

The Direct Support Professional hours are 7:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Friday.

• Accrual of Vacation & Sick Time on day one of employment that will be distributed to the Candidate after Completion of 6 month orientation period, The Candidate will accrue 1 Day of Vacation & 1 Day of Sick each month
• 3 paid days off for each of the following Sick Family, Death in Family, and Weather Related Absence on day one of employment
• Health Insurance paid at 80% by the Company for the Employee, Dental Insurance 100% Company Paid for the Employee, Vision Insurance Employee Paid, and Life Insurance 100% Company Paid for the Employee
