Direct Support Professional Job at Compassion Home Care
Home care agency seeks dedicated and reliable staff to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assistance needed includes:
- *Companion services (sit and talk with them, take a walk, play games)
- *Meal Preparation (Prepare meals daily or weekly)
- *Transportation services (grocery shopping, programs, dr appointments)
- *Housekeeping (dishes, laundry, vacuum, light dusting)
CURRENT CASE: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH TRACH CARE
Young woman in early 20's needs services 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. Care includes but not limited to:
- Physical assistance with personal hygiene (bed bath, changing of clothes, oral care, brushing of hair, incontinence care)
- Supervise during meal time to ensure no choking
- Physically assist with range of motion exercises
- Physically complete trach care and emptying of foley bag

Education:
