We are currently seeking a Plant Manager with extensive experience in the food industry and manufacturing to oversee our plant operations. As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant's daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained

· Manage and develop a team of supervisors and production workers

· Ensure that all production processes comply with regulatory and safety standards

· Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and marketing, to ensure that the plant's operations are aligned with overall business goals

· Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize plant performance

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the food industry

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management

· Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
