Our in-house (NCCER Accredited) apprenticeship programs are among the best in the state. We have programs for pipefitting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and welding. Nearly all our company leaders have started in one of our apprenticeships and advanced within our company. Examples would include our Vice President, Project Managers, Safety Professionals, Estimators, Training Manager and many more. Whether you want to work in the field or move up in the ranks, we have opportunities for you.
To be clear, this is a full-time position with industry leading benefits, consistent work, and competitive pay. The apprenticeship is a fully paid opportunity that we give to our employees for free. We also encourage our employees to learn more than one trade.
There is a substantial interview process that includes: a phone interview, in person interview and a panel interview. We track candidates throughout the year and start panel interviews in June/December for our two bootcamps.
Bootcamp is the first two weeks of your employment with Dilling Group Inc. We start your career with a large investment of two weeks of training emphasizing safety and basic skills. YOU DO NOT NEED EXPERIENCE; we will train you. You must have the drive to learn and work safely.
